Returns & Exchanges Policy

Due to hygiene and safety regulations, Elite Body Piercing can only accept returns on unworn, factory-sealed jewelry within 30 days of purchase. We prioritize the health of our community by ensuring every piece of jewelry remains sterile and pristine for its new owner.

Return Process

  Verify Eligibility

  Ensure your item is in its original, heat-sealed tamper-evident packaging; once the seal is broken, the item is no longer eligible for return.

  Initiate Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and a photo of the sealed product to receive your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Secure Packaging

  Carefully pack the jewelry in a padded mailer to prevent damage during transit and include your original packing slip.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Send your return using a trackable shipping service; once received and inspected, your refund will be processed to the original payment method.
